I had a decent stay here! The staff was generally friendly and responsive, making checking in a breeze. I loved the proximity to a beautiful park with a small zoo, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The restaurant on-site served up delicious food at reasonable prices-definitely a highlight of my visit!

My room had a few maintenance issues, like a flickering bathroom light and minimal power outlets. the breakfast wasn’t very impressive, and the pool area seemed a bit neglected.

We noticed that the furniture in the lobby and room was quite old and the bathroom had poor water pressure. We also could hear noise from the nearby rooms and corridor which was a bit annoying.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also spotlessly clean. I really appreciated the elegant and spacious lobby, it gave a luxurious feel to the place. The staff, especially Hugo, was extremely polite and helpful. Next time I'm in town, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
